Here are the two we used in cooking and eating!!


First up, we tried the Australia on some cabbage, as it happened to be St. Patrick's Day, and we love to try new things on holidays. The flavor paired well with the cabbage and offered a unique twist on the regular soggy crock pot version of cabbage we normally have. APPROVED!


So the Italian in me had to try some with balsamic herb for dipping.
I was not let down.
The oil had a clean taste which didn't compete with any other flavors.
