Wild Blueberries...a wild superfruit!! #momsmeet

The Wild Blueberry Association of North America (WBANA) is dedicated to bringing the Wild Blueberry health story and unique wild advantages to consumers worldwide. This wild superfruit has a more intense blueberry flavor, double the antioxidants, and a deeper blue pigment than regular blueberries. Don’t be fooled by their size—Wild Blueberries pack more into their tiny blue bodies than any other blueberry on this big blue planet.

My Wild Blueberry Side =

Blueberry Cole Slaw

Make some...

Pre-packaged Coleslaw mix
Bottled Coleslaw dressing
I mixed per bowl, each family member likes it different.
I used about a hand-full of cabbage in each bowl.
Added the dressing to taste.
1 tbsp Vinegar ( I used Rice Wine, but you can use Apple Cider as well )
1 tbsp sugar (use more or less if you'd like)

I combined the above ingredients and let sit in the fridge for about an hour.
I took a handful of the Frozen Wild Blueberries and folded them in gently.

SO as you can see, I am not the "measure" kinda cook.
I grabbed enough for our family of three to enjoy.
Feel free to add or subtract to this recipe.

YUM!!
