The InstaNatural lavender essential oil is super awesome! Not only is it said to help aid in digestion, support skin health, help with the effects of stress, stimulate hair growth and so much more...I have found it helps the kid sleep at night, I put a cotton ball with oil on it near her bed...Sweet dreams! What I like...It's 100% pure, natural and undiluted....So take care to use sparingly is your are not going to dilute before use. Some other uses I have found...in the laundry...add some to the cool down cycle of the dryer to sheets. Keep your bathroom smelling FAB and fresh...Drop a few drops, not too many, on the inside of the tube of the toilet paper. It will smell great even after...well you know!!
