I've never use leather milk, it was actually really simple. I spread some of the leather milk on the couch and used the sponge that came with it to rub it in. I did use a paper towel just to wipe off any extra just in case I left some on there. I let the couch rest a little bit before I let my family on it. The couch looks great you can see from the pictures it really did its job taking care of the heavy cracks and dry spots we have in our couch.
