While i try to keep a healthy lifestyle, sometimes it is hard and I don't stick to it as much as i know I should. So I've been taking the pills for about 4 days now, is that enough time to tell you that this is going to work for you. ... probably not, but what I can tell you is I've had no adverse reactions using so far,  my stomach seems to be in order and my insides are feeling great! It's a two pill process... You take one of each capsule and tablet twice daily with meals or as directed by physician. Super simple!! Make sure to store in cool, dry place.
