What I thought...Being a single use sample, I can't give a full report of how the product will work in the long haul, but as for my day yesterday, I got up, made a smoothie via a recipes on the back ( I changed it up a bit ) and noticed straight away an overall pep in my step coming on. I thought for sure seeing how GREEN the powder was, I would need to add some more sweet to the smoothie, but the cranberry and banana did just fine!! I had amazing energy thru the day and no tummy irritation...sometimes these types of nutrition packs do that to my aging stomach. This is a great product, I totally recommend it.
