I really thought these little balls were a cool idea, and was excited to see them in action!!
On my knee, i love that its adjustable!!

TIP: It surprisingly fit and worked well in the small of my back after I fell and injured myself….
I love it COLD yet it is able to be used HOT (my back liked that) I like that it’s a duel product!! The fact that I don't get WET while using cold, even in this heat, is a MAJOR PLUS!! No one likes to feel soggy AND in pain!! I mean, sure, some condensation..but very minimal, it didnt bother me one bit!!
TIP: Just the other day I had an extreme headache, being one who doesn't like to take over the counter meds, I actually found the Knee wrap not only stayed on my head, but cradled it in a way I could sit back and not have to hold it on my head to help relieve my headache.
