It is very comfortable, fits well and the extra support is a added bonus. The hubby reported back after a day of construction he’d have less of those “back aches” at night. He also liked that he could move and bend easily wearing the Dr. Kay's Back Brace while doing his work. The removable Lumbar Pad is a cool feature, its there if you need it and not when you don’t!
